Job Summary
Solution Delivery Engineer for Fraud Protection responsible for leading fraud-prevention solutions across the sales cycle. Performs product demonstrations, POCs, and workshops; oversees pre-sales activities; assesses customer fraud risks and regulatory requirements; develops project documentation; designs implementation architectures; prepares proposals and RFP responses; gathers customer feedback; delivers training and seminars; represents Group-IB at events; supports clients during POCs, installations, configurations, and post-sales phases; works remotely with banking/fintech clients and requires English and Portuguese proficiency; hands-on anti-fraud/cybersecurity expertise and ability to learn quickly in a global, remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years in Pre-Sales/Consultant positions
- Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, APIs, SDKs)
- Strong understanding of HTTP, TLS and RESTful services
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and log analysis tools
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience in client interactions, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with teams while being self-directed to solve problems
- Research into the industry including competitor research
- Fluency in English and Portuguese – Spanish is a plus
- Experience working remotely and independently
- Hands-on experience with anti-fraud or cybersecurity solutions
- Understanding of fraud attack vectors
- Previous experience with the banking/fintech industry is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations
- Understanding of business processes and banking/fintech industry-specific challenges
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests
- Understanding of network protocols & security best practices (nice to have)
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and log analysis tools (nice to have)
