Job Summary
Lead the Solution Consulting team within Professional Services, guiding solution consultants to design optimal solutions for engagements using Innovapptive's Connected Worker Platform with SAP EAM/IM/WM/EWM and APM integrations; advise customers on best practices; collaborate with product management and engineers to address value-added requirements; develop and execute a comprehensive solution consulting strategy; manage As-Is and To-Be assessments, ROI-driven solution designs, and transformation roadmaps; partner with Sales during pre-sales to co-create differentiated, value-led solutions; ensure designs tie to financial and operational outcomes; travel to customer sites (60-80%); mentor and develop a high-performing team; establish and monitor KPIs for solution delivery; work with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer success; perform change request management and project timeline management; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- 5+ years in a Solution Consulting leadership role, preferably in an enterprise SaaS or industrial software environment.
- Strong EAM domain industry experience with hands-on exposure to maintenance, reliability, and asset management processes.
- Consulting background or mindset with proven ability to structure problems, lead workshops, and influence executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in value-based or ROI-led solutioning and selling.
- Prior experience working with SAP EAM and/or IBM Maximo (functional and integration-level understanding).
- Proven success leading and mentoring 2–5+ Solution Consultants and building a consulting practice.
- Strong ability to develop As-Is / To-Be processes, solution narratives, and executive-ready presentations.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical and operational concepts into business language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; Master’s degree preferred.
