Solution Consultant - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

Solution Consultant for Global Payment and Cash Management products (Virtual accounts/AiO) to enable banks to deliver real-time liquidity insights and accelerated settlement. Responsibilities include application support and maintenance for world-class products, defect analysis and incident/problem management, liaising with customer business and IT teams, establishing trusted customer relationships, monitoring and health dashboard insights for SaaS customers, implementing workarounds when needed, and participating in testing. Requires hands-on knowledge of Core banking, Cash Management, and Global Payments; strong Java tech-functional skills; and proven ability to work with customers to deliver solutions and meet SLAs.
