Job Summary
Solutions Consultant for CoCounsel Legal responsible for identifying client challenges during discovery calls, aligning product features to customer requirements, and demonstrating how Generative AI can transform legal workflows. Lead product demonstrations and workshops, quantify value with business calculators, and collaborate with professional services and data security teams. Maintain Salesforce opportunities, drive toward quarterly/annual targets, and act as a liaison across Product Management, Client Relations, IT Operations, Product Development, and Marketing. Travel up to 10% and engage with customers to identify use cases and demonstrate AI-enabled legal solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a JD is preferred
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in software solutions
- Ability to travel up to 10%; flexible to work across multiple time zones when needed
