Job Summary
Solution Consultant at think-cell responsible for partnering with sales and customers throughout the sales process to align product value, develop persona-driven messaging and GTM strategies, and deliver tailored demos. You will become an expert on core product and AI capabilities, support sales enablement, and develop core GTM materials such as pitch decks, demo flows, and competitor intelligence. Responsibilities include delivering high-impact, persona-driven demos; coordinating with sales to identify target accounts and refine stakeholder strategies; building and maintaining GTM assets; analyzing GTM performance to drive improvements; and enabling sales through product training and hands-on deal support. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, able to communicate complex ideas clearly, learn quickly with an entrepreneurial mindset, and excel at business presentations to customers and stakeholders. Global, cross-functional collaboration is emphasized with a startup-style environment and established product backing; travel includes Berlin, Germany, with a Denver hybrid onsite role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (MBA is a plus)
- 3-5+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting or strong product background
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint and creating polished presentations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience engaging directly with customers and stakeholders
- Hybrid: Onsite Denver office 3 days per week (Tues–Thurs)
- Travel: 2x year Berlin, Germany
