Solution Consultant - Psychometric Assessments

Job Summary
Support the sales team for business meetings regarding psychometric assessments across India, independently handling Assessment Development Centers and engaging senior stakeholders including CXOs. Act as a trusted advisor by analyzing client requirements and delivering impactful presentations that align with organizational objectives. Oversee complex assessment projects, monitor timelines and resource allocation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Stay abreast of industry trends, contribute to product development based on market insights, and represent the organization as a thought leader through keynote speeches and industry publications. This role requires a post-graduate in Psychology with at least five years of experience in psychometric assessments consulting. The position is based in Gurgaon with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology or Organizational Behavior)
- At least 5 years of experience in psychometric assessments consulting
- Willingness to do development and enhancement work whenever required
- Hybrid work requirement: working at least three days a week in the office
- Willingness to be in local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week
