Solution Consultant

Nexthink is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support the expansion into Japan. The role involves assisting sales growth, consulting with enterprise IT leadership, designing and executing proof-of-value engagements, leading value-based discovery sessions, driving large-scale enterprise opportunities, collaborating with partners, and adapting Nexthink’s value propositions to the Japanese market. Candidates should have proven experience in a sales-focused technical role within Japan’s enterprise IT sector, deep expertise in IT operations, end-user computing, or digital employee experience management, and excellent communication skills in Japanese and English. Experience with ITIL, IT service management, cloud migrations, or workplace transformation is a plus.
