Job Summary
Solution Consultant (Modern Workplace) responsible for partnering with sales to design and position Modern Workplace solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to partners, delivering demos and workshops, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes, and helping partners build scalable cloud practices. The role emphasizes collaboration across regions, AI-driven innovations, and Microsoft-centric cloud journeys, with a focus on driving adoption, revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and a modern workplace strategy across the UK and Sweden. Hybrid work arrangement across Bristol/Farnborough/Derby (UK) and Stockholm (Sweden).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions-focused role
- Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way
- Extensive experience working with partners or customers to design cloud solutions
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align technical solutions with business value
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI-driven solutions
