Solution Consultant Manager II

Lead and govern enterprise platforms to maximize business value, adoption, resilience, and compliance across Arcadis. Provide overall leadership for platform management and support services while owning the operating model for continuous improvement. Lead and develop Solutions Consultants across multiple seniority levels and act as the senior escalation point for complex platform, vendor, and business issues. Define and approve platform standards, architectures, and integration patterns, then oversee the full lifecycle including upgrades, deprecations, and risk mitigation. Drive strategic alignment between platform roadmaps and business priorities while ensuring robust knowledge management, security, and regulatory compliance. Guide cross-platform design decisions and monitor vendor performance and contract outcomes to ensure platforms remain secure, compliant, and fit for enterprise-scale use.
