Job Summary
Conduct deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop specifications documentation for Kinaxis Maestro software configuration and implementation. Collaborate with agile teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, manage data integration activities including transformation and validation, and perform end-user training. Provide technical support to resolve configured solution issues, support solution validation and testing, and mentor junior consultants on project-related tasks. Work in a fast-paced environment coordinating with members at all levels to solve complex supply chain problems.
Required Qualifications
- Sound knowledge in Supply Chain concepts
- Understanding of statistical forecasting
- Understanding of inventory management
- Understanding of MRP
- Understanding of scheduling
- Software consulting experience
- 7 – 10 years of experience
- Strong intent to learn our first in class product "Maestro"
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with JDA
