Job Summary
Solution Consultant drives technical excellence, solution adoption, and business growth for SketchUp and D5 Render across Vietnam. Bridges brands, Value Added Resellers, solution partners, and end-users to deliver demonstrations, training, workflow optimization, and post-sales support that accelerate regional growth. Leads pre-sales demonstrations, technical discussions, solution positioning, and workflow presentations; supports deployment, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization post-sale. Conducts in-depth technical discovery to tailor solutions; provides billable consulting services including template creation, workflow design, and integration with other industry solutions. Organizes enablement programs for VARs and customers (technical training, mentoring, workshops, webinars, certifications, and in-person training) focused in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City). Serves as regional SME for SketchUp, D5 Render, and ecosystems; creates benchmarks, workflow guides, best practices, and technical articles; shares insights to influence product and business strategy. Fluent English; Vietnamese proficiency required; strong communication and collaboration with partners and customers; comfortable in a high-growth software environment. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in vendor, channel, or solution consulting roles; or 5+ years in channel-driven software environments
- Deep expertise in SketchUp (Pro, Layout, Trimble Connect, Extensions) and D5 Render (Real-time rendering, AI features, and asset integration)
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with strong understanding of interoperability and workflow integration
- Strong background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or related design/technical fields
- Practical understanding of AEC workflows including conceptual design, 3D modeling, visualization, documentation, and project delivery
- Familiarity with industry standards, modeling practices, and multi-software workflows across design and construction
- Solid knowledge of IT fundamentals (operating systems, networks, cloud technologies, and GPU hardware for rendering)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Ability to translate technical workflows into measurable business value and productivity improvements
- Proven ability to influence and align VARs, partners, and customers toward shared business outcomes
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is required
- Team-oriented with a strong customer-success mindset
