Job Summary
Solution Consultant responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex network and IT infrastructure solutions (LAN, SDWAN, WAN, MPLS, leased lines) for corporate clients; acts as a technical point of contact, provides L2/L3 support and incident management, documents RCA and network improvements, and manages Cisco Data Center environments (Nexus, DNA/ISE).
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of IT/telecommunications experience in Service Integrator (SI) domains
- Strong knowledge of IP/TCP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS)
- Data Center technologies: Fabric Path, STP, VXLAN, ACI, MPLS, OTV
- Knowledge of Cisco Nexus Data Center environments (Nexus Series Switches 2k-9k)
- Cisco DNA/ISE familiarity
- CCNA/CCDP or similar Cisco certifications
- Experience with Cisco UCS and Data Center equipment
- Customer-facing role and ability to work in a real-world client environment
