Job Summary
Lead on-site and remote client workshops to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements for JAGGAER's intelligent Source-to-Pay and Supplier Collaboration Platform. Design, configure, and independently deliver solutions in accordance with the Statement of Work, while managing assigned implementation projects including large and complex engagements. Analyze client workflows to recommend business process improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks, and ensure successful transitions from implementation to support. Develop project documentation, manage scope changes through formal change control, and mentor junior consultants. Support testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to drive adoption of best practices. Requires 4+ years of business experience with 3+ years in SaaS implementation, 20–30% travel, and fluent English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or a related discipline
- 4+ years of business experience with at least 3 years in SaaS implementation, consulting or client delivery
- Experience implementing SaaS solutions or ERP integrations
- 3+ years experience with eProcurement, Supply Chain, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or similar enterprise software
- Comfortable working within Waterfall project methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and documentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and drive issues to resolution
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence communicating at executive level
- Business process analysis and workflow automation experience
- Successfully manage a changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Visio
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20–30%)
- Fluent English language skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or a related discipline preferred
- 3+ years experience with eProcurement, Supply Chain, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or similar enterprise software preferred
- Business process analysis and workflow automation experience desirable
- Exposure to AI tools is advantageous
- German or additional European languages are advantageous
