Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- A relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields)
- Several years of professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations with a solid understanding of planning and scheduling challenges
- Proven data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with SQL
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing, quality assurance, training, or user adoption activities with customers
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Fluency in English and German
