Job Summary
Solution Consultant to own the functional and technical requirements on Capacity implementations, translating client needs into a concrete, build-ready architecture across the Capacity platform (virtual agents, automations, integrations). Lead kickoff and discovery sessions, define and document scope, write user stories with acceptance criteria, coordinate API specs and credentials, validate DoR before sprint planning, and produce post-UAT documentation. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, and travel to client sites for kickoff and critical milestones.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in SaaS or enterprise software professional services
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Demonstrated experience designing solutions for conversational AI, virtual agents, IVR/CCaaS, or automation platforms
- Fluent in REST APIs, OAuth, SAML, webhooks; experience with API spec documentation
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead technical discovery sessions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and writing user stories with acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Google Workspace
- Strong documentation skills including architecture decision records and API specs
- Willingness to travel to client sites for kickoff and milestones
- Experience with compliance and security considerations (SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA, HIPAA/PCI as applicable)
