Job Summary
Solution Consultant at BizFlow Corporation, a trusted advisor to customers, responsible for capturing business and user requirements to drive development of innovative solutions on the BizFlow M platform. Responsibilities include identifying and modeling business requirements, translating them into POCs, user stories, and functional specs; presenting documentation and demos to customers and executives; developing and delivering training content; representing stakeholders through planning, development, and release; collaborating with product, engineering, and delivery teams to review designs and provide feedback; translating technical complexity for stakeholders; assisting in test planning to validate delivery; communicating findings and recommendations to enable informed decisions; identifying new business opportunities and growth potential. Must possess strong IT knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Additional preferred qualifications include proficiency with SQL, experience demoing software to execs, SDLC knowledge, LCAP/workflow solutions familiarity, UI/workflow development with LCAP, and familiarity with Jira and Visio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- BA experience minimum 3+ years
- Experience with Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL
- Experience demoing software to non-technical stakeholders including execs
- Prior knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related concepts
- Prior knowledge and experience working with Low-Code, No-Code application platforms (LCAP) or workflow solutions
- Ability to develop and demo medium to complex UIs and/or workflows using Low-Code, No-Code application platforms (LCAP) or other workflow solutions
- Familiarity with requirements management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and modeling software (e.g., Visio)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- BA experience minimum 3+ years
- Experience with Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate consensus
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
- Adaptability to a dynamic, growth-oriented culture
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without H-1B sponsorship
