Job Summary
Solution Configurator focused on configuring configurations within the Atfinity product, testing them against client requirements, and clearly communicating solutions to team members. The role includes training other configurators (and sometimes clients), taking responsibility for product quality, and suggesting improvements. The position emphasizes analytical thinking, English communication, and non-coding configuration work, with involvement in client interactions to capture needs and translate them into configurations. The role is onsite in Niš with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week, and involves collaboration with Swiss and UK/Germany/global teams to deliver banking-process configurations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Strong analytical thinking
- Great communication skills and a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- Excellent English skills
- Experience with working with banks is a plus
- Valid working permit for Serbia
- Somebody with a curious mind and a fast learner
