Job Summary
Lead and manage Salesforce’s COE for Strategy & Operations within Professional Services, ensuring the CoE roadmap is executed, field adoption of standards and tools is measured and improved, and dashboards and analyses provide visible impact. Own program management, performance reporting, and governance across regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC) and product lines; drive continuous improvement by turning field feedback into updated standards and playbooks. Coordinate with global teams and practice areas to drive adoption, track deal flow and margins, and ensure timely, data-driven insights that accelerate delivery and value realization for customers. A day in the life includes monitoring dashboards, identifying adoption gaps by region, turning data into leadership insights, and ensuring CoE initiatives accelerate speed, quality, and consistency in delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15+ years in operations, PMO, consulting, or services leadership
- Strong experience with reporting and analytics (Tableau, dashboards)
- Program management at global scale
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Experience working with global teams (including GDC)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Obsessed with data, clarity, and outcomes
- Strong operator who drives execution
