Job Summary
Execute Solution Assessments for Microsoft managed customers by managing lead flow, performing remote installations, configuring discovery tools, and conducting data analysis to create deliverables. Orchestrate the full assessment process for each account while maintaining close contact with existing leads and the Sales Team to coordinate remote meetings and drive brand awareness. Manage an accurate business forecast, maintain clear action plans, and update case activity logs for all active assessments. Integrate consulting on Microsoft solutions to support organizational business needs while applying independent judgment to accomplish objectives.

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Familiarity with MS Cloud and PowerBI

- Self-Direction and a focus on quality
