Job Summary
Lead solution architecture across manufacturing, quality, IT/OT integration to design scalable, secure, cloud-first and hybrid digital solutions. Translate complex requirements into end-to-end architectures, partnering with business and engineering teams to define delivery milestones and ensure regulatory, cybersecurity, and data integrity standards. Architect and enable IT/OT integration across shop-floor systems (PLCs, SCADA, historians) with enterprise platforms (MES, QMS, cloud and analytics); drive platform evolution across MES, QMS, LIMS and connected factory technologies using Azure Cloud. Serve as primary IT partner for Manufacturing and Quality stakeholders, communicating architecture decisions and outcomes to IT and business leadership; provide architecture-led guidance to OT teams, support modernization roadmaps, and engage with vendors to inform sequencing, costs, and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of IT and IT/OT networking architectures
- Cybersecurity principles for industrial and IT/OT environments
- Experience with industrial IoT and connected factory platforms
- Familiarity with modern application architectures (containerized, modular)
- Experience integrating industrial systems with MES, SCADA, batch systems, analytics solutions
