Job Summary
Architect tailored solutions for custom integration gaps, including API connections, Single Sign-On (SSO) setups, and ERP systems. Partner with enterprise clients to transition existing digital storefronts into a headless commerce architecture powered by vivenu's robust APIs. Conduct deep-dive technical workshops with stakeholders ranging from customer CTOs to third-party agencies to extract requirements and translate complex needs into scalable blueprints. Align customer expectations with platform capabilities while acting as the internal escalation point for complex technical questions in post-sales. Leverage rapid scripting, AI tools, and proof-of-concepts to verify data flows and establish global integration templates. This role bridges the gap between vivenu's API-first platform and complex enterprise ticketing needs, establishing frameworks to support scalable growth within the global live entertainment tech sector.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally a background in software engineering or a highly technical role, with a deliberate career pivot toward client-facing strategy, business impact, and solution design
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative, technical field
- A broad, comprehensive understanding of web applications, REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and how modern software ecosystems interact
- The ability to read API documentation, write functional scripts to test endpoints, and deeply analyze and debug AI-generated code
- Exceptional communication skills to navigate high-stakes client environments, manage multiple priorities, and confidently manage client expectations
