Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding commerce solution architecture and best practices, translating business objectives into innovative technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Facilitate workshops with customers and ERP partners to identify needs, present solutions to stakeholders, and create documentation that defines scope and aligns with technical feasibility. Lead AI implementation across delivery processes, collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure solution viability, and coordinate with partners for integrated solutions. Stay current on ecommerce trends and integration patterns while supporting pre-sales activities with business-focused estimates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar advisory role in ecommerce or related sectors
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including architecture and integration
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices in relation to ERP systems
- Experience in leading workshops and facilitating discussions with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on customer business needs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust
- Keen attention to detail and a structured approach to solution design
- Ability to navigate complex project environments and manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application, with the ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI in business and technical solutions
