Job Summary
Provide architecture leadership and support to the Hartford’s international team, acting as a liaison between US organizations. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation of current and future state architecture roadmaps, strategic planning of project initiatives, and ensuring compliance with architecture principles. The role involves evaluating new technologies, producing comprehensive documentation of application environments, and advising on best practices for application development. Requires strong technical skills in application, data, and infrastructure architectures, along with experience in the insurance industry and software development methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Broad expertise in the design of application, integration, data and infrastructure architectures
- Excellent understanding of data architectures to support storage, transformation, transmission and retrieval of data
- Experience in a variety of software development and project delivery methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of integration and middleware technologies including enterprise message bus, web services and micro service concepts
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong analytical and logical problem solving skills
