Job Summary
Engineering Solution Architect to design scalable backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and a microservices architecture, including event-driven pipelines with Kafka, to deliver secure, high-performance solutions. You will define architecture, enforce coding standards, guide multiple backend teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, operations, QA, and stakeholders to drive delivery. The role emphasizes technical leadership, adoption of modern tooling, and applying AI-assisted development practices to improve code quality and speed.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of backend development experience
- 1+ years working as solution architect
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka or similar)
- RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Backend performance optimization, scalability, and security
- CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (mandatory)
- Deployment using ECS (required)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment
