Job Summary
Solution Architect in the Solution Engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and migrating integration/orchestration services across onshore and offshore teams. Lead software architecture, design, development, and configuration management; mentor junior engineers; focus on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural solutions, drive CI/CD and DevOps practices, and deliver cloud-based Java applications on AWS. Role requires strong skills in React, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, API design, and database management, with experience in the financial services domain. The posting notes a Hybrid work model in India (Pune) with a mix of office and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech./MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
- 10+ years of demonstrated software development experience with focus on software architecture, design & development
- Hands-on experience in designing/working with medium to large complex applications
- Experience developing a common architecture vision with IT and line of business leaders
- Extensive system design experience in business event-driven transactions
- Strong knowledge of React, Core Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Microservices, NextJS and GraphQL
- Strong knowledge of AWS and experience in developing cloud-based Java applications in AWS
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps tools
- Strong Knowledge of API design and development including and Web API
- Strong Knowledge of Application design using Domain Driven Design
- DB administration and schema management experience
- Strong Knowledge on code control (e.g., GIT)
- Actual hands-on experience on PostgreSQL/MySQL
- Experience in financial services and business practices
