Job Summary
Functional Architect leads consultative engagements with complex enterprise customers, partnering with key stakeholders to create AI-enhanced visions and designs for Salesforce solutions. They drive design work incorporating Agentforce, Einstein, and AI capabilities, facilitate workshops, translate business objectives into effective processes, articulate business value to executives, and oversee accelerated delivery from scoping to Go-Live using AI-assisted tooling and best-practice configuration.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software as an analyst, product owner, or functional consultant
- Excellent design and communication skills (written and visual)
- Ability to document requirements and process assets with text, diagrams, and videos
- Autonomy and ability to manage progress toward deadlines
- Experience with process modeling tools and best practices
- English and French proficiency (written and spoken)
- Salesforce certifications
