Job Summary
Provide technical leadership for multidisciplinary teams delivering small to medium projects or larger programs with Principal Architect support. Design and govern solutions by selecting appropriate architectural patterns that balance requirements across the full software development lifecycle. Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to explain complex concepts while building trust through a collaborative approach. Contribute to thought leadership by participating in community of practice and creating blogs or white papers. Work alongside colleagues with diverse architectural experience to further develop your career in a client-facing, hands-on role.
Required Qualifications
- proactive, pragmatic servant-leaders
- hands-on experience of technical and/or solution architecture spanning the full software development lifecycle
- Practical experience in solution, application, data, or cloud architecture
- Ability to select and apply appropriate architectural patterns and techniques in the design and governance of solutions effectively balancing requirements to achieve successful outcomes
- Understanding how to provide technical leadership to multi-disciplinary delivery teams and work effectively within complex domains and/or large organizations
- As a strong communicator with a collaborative approach to work
