Job Summary
Advise clients on optimal system architecture and integration within existing HR landscapes. Serve as a sparring partner for SAP SuccessFactors Consultants, developing technical concepts for extensions and integrations. Assume internal responsibility for the SAP SF Platform and Foundation. Leverage broad knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite, landscape architecture, and integration with SAP applications like BTP or third-party tools. Demonstrate interest in emerging technologies such as Microsoft Azure or SAP Build. Maintain certifications in at least one SF module while communicating complex solutions with clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Breites Wissen in der SAP SuccessFactors Suite und den Modul-Zusammenhängen
- Erfahrung in Landscape-Architektur sowie Integration mit SAP-Anwendungen (z. B. BTP) und Drittanbieter-Tools
- Interesse an neuen Technologien wie Microsoft Azure oder SAP Build
- Zertifizierung in mindestens einem SF-Modul
- Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken und souveränes Auftreten
