Job Summary
Conduct design workshops and whiteboarding sessions to translate business needs into scalable solutions for customer onboarding and professional services automation. Provide consultative guidance on new feature requests and advanced use cases, then design and implement custom integrations between Rocketlane and enterprise systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, and data platforms such as Snowflake. Work hands-on with REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO/SAML, and iPaaS tools like Workato and Boomi to automate tasks, validate data, and streamline workflows. Assist in designing data migration strategies to ensure smooth customer transitions. This role blends customer-facing consulting with deep internal engineering, partnering with product and engineering teams to bring requirements to life.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience
- strong technical depth
- a background integrating PSA/CRM/ERP/workflow platforms in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to draft SOWs and manage contractual commitments effectively
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
