Job Summary
Lead large-scale, technology-enabled revenue cycle transformation initiatives for leading healthcare organizations by defining solution strategy, scope, and roadmap aligned to client goals. Own end-to-end delivery of revenue cycle transformation initiatives, including Epic implementation and optimization, while designing workflows and technology solutions that improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Drive execution across complex, cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. Partner with client leadership to enable adoption and sustain transformation through change management strategies, while leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams across consulting and client organizations. Expect 25%-50% client travel, with remote work allowed.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least one area of the revenue cycle (front-end, mid-cycle, or back-end)
- Proven success delivering large-scale system implementations or optimizations
- Strong understanding of EHR ecosystems, integrations, and revenue cycle analytics
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- 25%-50% client travel
- Remote work allowed
Desired Qualifications
- Epic certification in a relevant module (Cadence, Prelude, HB, PB, Claims, etc.)
