Job Summary
Product Engineering Lead focused on driving evolution, scalability, and operational excellence of toolbox products and engineering initiatives. Responsibilities include team building and performance improvement, enforcing agreed workflows (daily meetings, task worklogs, definition of done, KPIs), stakeholder management to unblock work, backlog and prioritization, and reducing the team’s bus factor. Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge, high-concurrency, distributed system design mindset across API design and mobile areas; cross-language collaboration with English and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role on a B2B SaaS or Software Development Company
- Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish.
