Solution Architect - Professional Services

Coordinate Solution Planning, client optimizations, and AI initiatives for MCP implementations within the Professional Services organization. Drive cross-functional projects to optimize and scale the Mortgage Cadence Platform through automation and AI-driven solutions. Provide strategic direction for solutions proposed during prospecting, contract negotiation, and delivery planning; oversee planning across multiple clients and contract phases; translate complex requirements into implementable estimates and deliver grounded, standardized solutions across a diverse client base; work with Sales, Delivery, and Product to develop proposals and procedures, and collaborate with the Professional Services AI Lab to advance AI initiatives and development. This role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with extensive experience in project management and technical implementation in mortgage technology.
