Job Summary
Install, configure, and administer Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) and WebLogic environments, managing deployments, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Configure Coherence Clusters, JMS, SSL, SSO, and certificates while supporting C2M components including IWS, Batch, and middleware services. Monitor system health, troubleshoot production incidents, and perform root cause analysis within a rotating on-call schedule. Develop automation scripts, support DevOps release processes, and maintain technical documentation across Development, QA, Test, and Production environments. Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and security teams to modernize Customer Information Systems and Meter Data Management platforms serving over 4.2 million electric customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years administering Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) (Version 2.9 minimum, 25.4 preferred)
- Strong experience with Oracle WebLogic Server 14c (12c experience also acceptable)
- Hands-on experience with: Oracle C2M Administration, WebLogic Installation & Configuration, IWS, JMS Queues, Batch Processing, SSL, SSO, Coherence Clusters
- Experience with PowerShell, automation, or DevOps release management
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B and MDM
- Oracle SOA integration experience
- Experience configuring Dynatrace or similar monitoring platforms
- Experience with DevOps automation and CI/CD practices
- Experience creating operational automation and deployment scripts
- Experience supporting enterprise utility applications
