Solution Architect –Operations

Job Summary
Solution Architect responsible for defining end-to-end architectures (application, data, and infrastructure) to support Pernod Ricard’s global operations, with a focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Lead architecture design, development, and rollout; ensure alignment with global standards; guide engineering/development and integration teams; evaluate application packages; manage risks and drive continuous improvement of architecture practices. Requires 10–12 years of experience as a Solution Architect, strong ERP and OT integration knowledge, cloud-native and API design expertise, and excellent communication to collaborate across business and technology teams. Remote work is available up to 2 days per week or hybrid, with the role situated within a manufacturing/consumer goods enterprise context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10–12 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect
- Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Production environments
- Strong background in enterprise-level software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their role in supporting operational business functions
- Understanding of OT systems and their integration with enterprise landscapes
- Experience with cloud-native development and serverless computing is an advantage
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
