Job Summary
Design robust, standards-based ERP solutions across complex multi-product environments while leading technical teams to solve architectural problems and drive the technology roadmap. Create conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, and integration pathways, then establish governance, reference standards, and documented architecture decision records. Manage the vision for interconnected ERP landscapes, negotiate with diverse stakeholders to align perspectives, and conduct vendor assessments to pilot new technologies. Maintain long-term product roadmaps while mentoring peers and contributing to enterprise architecture communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing business-driven, standards-based solutions within a complex multi-product ERP environment (e.g., SAP)
- Proven track record of leading technical teams to solve complex architectural problems using analytical rigor and creative problem-solving
- In-depth and expert-level knowledge across multiple ERP technology areas, integration platforms, and application landscapes
- Strong capability in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and establishing complex Integration pathways
- Expertise in managing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), defining fitness functions, establishing reference architectures, and recording Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with an ability to articulate difficult technical concepts clearly to shift points of view
- Strategic mindset to maintain long-term product roadmaps while actively mentoring peers and contributing to enterprise architecture communities
