Job Summary
Architect cloud-native AI applications by integrating LLMs, vector search, and real-time data into production environments. Design end-to-end web solutions spanning frontend to backend, implementing RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents. Lead cross-functional teams in building backend services in Python while integrating React or Angular frontends. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices. This role bridges the gap between Databricks data platforms and modern web architectures to shape the transition toward serverless AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in software engineering, designing distributed systems
- Strong full-stack experience (React + FastAPI)
- Sharp product vision and UX/UI intuition
- Expert-level Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog)
- Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen)
- Experience with Node.js full-stack
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
