Solution Architect - Language/Translation

Job Summary
Solution Architect leading the technical narrative for enterprise translation within a global GTM context. Responsible for shaping how DeepL is positioned with language service providers and enterprise customers, designing future language AI workflows, and building scalable playbooks for the broader team. You will engage with localization program managers, IT architects, and procurement stakeholders; map current processes to a DeepL-centric future; lead technical validations through POCs and architecture reviews; and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps. Qualifications include deep experience in solution architecture or pre-sales in language technology or localization, familiarity with AI and localization stacks (TMS, MT, glossary workflows), and strong enterprise sales instincts. Fluency in English is mandatory with additional language proficiency preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in Solution Architecture or related roles
- experience with language technology, localization, or enterprise SaaS
- familiarity with AI stacks, TMS, MT, glossary workflows, and REST/webhook API architecture
- strong enterprise sales/consultative engagement experience
- fluency in English; additional languages preferred
