Job Summary
Design, implement, and support enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, including content storage, retrieval, metadata management, and document lifecycle workflows. Develop architecture across application, data, integration, and cloud domains while designing integrations with systems like SAP, Salesforce, and Workday. Support high-volume document ingestion via API, event-driven, and batch approaches, and participate in DevOps initiatives covering CI/CD pipelines and operational readiness. Investigate production support issues, optimize reliability, and implement OCR, intelligent document processing, and AI-enabled capabilities. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure governance alignment, create technical documentation, and communicate solutions to stakeholders. Contribute to platform modernization and knowledge sharing within the Imaging & Content Platforms team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, software engineering, platform engineering, enterprise applications, or related technology roles
- 2+ years of experience designing or supporting solution architecture, platform architecture, or enterprise technology solutions
- Experience working with enterprise content management, document management, workflow, imaging, or content-driven platforms
- Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, distributed systems, automation, and operational support practices
- Experience delivering technology solutions in cross-functional enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Nuxeo or similar enterprise content management platforms
- Experience supporting document lifecycle management, metadata management, retention, indexing, and search capabilities
- Familiarity with Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms with ERP and business systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, JDE, or Workday
- Exposure to OCR, intelligent document processing, classification, extraction, or workflow automation technologies
- Familiarity with AI-enabled document processing or content automation solutions
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments
- Healthcare, supply chain, pharmaceutical distribution, finance, or shared services experience
