Job Summary
Solution Architect for Identity & Access Management (IAM) leading opportunities from qualification through contract signing and into delivery. Focus on Microsoft Entra ID/Entra Suite within a Microsoft security ecosystem; serve as technical authority across the sales lifecycle and transition into delivery. Responsibilities include end‐to‐end solution design, architecture diagrams, scope/estimates, staffing models, and delivery plans; collaborate with sales, alliances, consulting, and delivery to ensure what is sold is executable; strong emphasis on secure, scalable IAM architectures and identity governance in modern workforce environments. Requires 8+ years in security/IAM, Microsoft Entra experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred large IAM program leadership and relevant certifications (SC‐300, AZ‐500, SC‐100, CISSP).
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, security architecture, or consulting
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Entra and modern enterprise identity platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Preferred Experience leading large‐scale IAM or identity modernization programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra Suite governance and secure access services
- Experience with Intune, Defender, and identity‐centric security integrations
- Consulting and large‐scale enterprise delivery experience
- Relevant certifications such as SC‐300, AZ‐500, SC‐100, CISSP, or equivalent
