Job Summary
Design, build, and govern enterprise-scale data architectures and models that align with business and analytical requirements. Develop and maintain business and physical data models while enforcing methodologies such as 3NF, Dimensional, and Data Vault. Act as the custodian of modelling standards, defining end-to-end analytical and data warehousing solutions for reporting and advanced analytics. Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and the broader architecture community to promote standardization, alignment, and innovation. Drive best practices by incorporating modern advancements including machine learning and scalable algorithmic techniques. Ensure all solutions remain well-documented, centrally managed, and aligned with the target-state architecture.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Data Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Data Modeller
- Deep expertise in data architecture, data warehousing, and analytical end-to-end design
- Strong hands-on experience with data modelling methodologies: Third Normal Form (3NF), Dimensional Modelling, Data Vault
- Proven experience working with large, complex, and high-volume data sets
- Strong proficiency in Snowflake and modern cloud-based data platforms
- Solid understanding of Data Vault architecture and implementation principles
- Awareness of modern data engineering and analytics trends, including machine learning at scale
