Job Summary
Design and continuously improve client online platforms, leading solution architecture for collections and distressed client management initiatives. Translate business strategy and regulatory requirements into target-state architectures, defining event-driven, cloud-native solutions across early and late collections, debt treatment, and recovery processes. Produce artifacts, standards, and roadmaps while mentoring engineers and facilitating governance forums. Engage senior stakeholders to align technology investments with risk requirements and operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture
- Experience architecting mission-critical banking platforms
- Experience leading architecture for cloud-native transformation initiatives
- Demonstrable experience in collections, recovery, lending, or risk management domains
- Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments
