Job Summary
Define system architecture and derive comprehensive system and embedded software requirements aligned with Mobileye's hardware and software capabilities. Directly engage with customers to analyze needs and tailor solutions, while developing consolidated timelines for multiple projects and prioritizing product features. Collaborate with software architects, developers, and project managers to drive product success, adhering to ASPICE standards for system requirements and architecture. Ensure highest quality and reliability through rigorous requirement management. This role requires working from the Petah Tikva site one day per week with flexibility for part-time work at other sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in technical product management, system engineering, or solution architecture
- Familiarity with systems engineering and requirement management processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with Automotive ecosystem: Sensors (Radars, Lidars, Cameras), time-syncing, calibrations and integrations, Vehicles ECU's
- Experience with complex embedded systems/Linux environments
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively with senior leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on understanding customer needs and expectations
- Accountability, independence, and a highly motivated approach to work, capable of delivering results even under pressure
- This role requires working from our Petah Tikva site 1 day per week
- It also offers the flexibility to work part-time from our other sites, subject to seat availability
