Solution Architect - Emergency Call Handling

Job Summary
Solution Architect responsible for the detailed operational design of Emergency Call Handling deployments, including call flow design, equipment integration, IP/TDM telephony, and security across multiple hardware/virtual platforms. Leads design meetings with project teams and customers, delivers post-sales design documentation (VESTA, CallWorks cabinet drawings), supports staging and cutover, and provides mentorship on complex projects. Must have expertise with VESTA 9-1-1 software, PBX/telco, SIP, TCP/IP networking, and experience in public safety applications or PSAP environments; travel 50-75% is typical. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills required to present designs to non-technical stakeholders and coordinate with project managers, sales engineers, channel partners, and customers.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical or engineering experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
