Job Summary

Design business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready solutions within specific solution contexts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into successful outcomes. Manage Non-Functional Requirements and fitness functions while documenting and evolving architecture throughout the product lifecycle to align with governance standards. Create conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, and ontologies for interfaces, and define reference architectures and patterns. Solve complex problems by assessing initiative impacts on capabilities, risks, and the application landscape, and maintain the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for technical solutions. Conduct vendor assessments, pilot new technologies, and drive their adoption to improve existing solutions and manage technical debt. Provide technical oversight and guidance to product teams, ensuring solutions meet high-performance standards and security requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions within a specific solution context
  • Experience maintaining the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for technical solutions, and assessing the impacts of initiatives on risk and application landscapes
  • Hands on experience in creating PoCs
  • Previous experience collaborating with R&D users
  • Modern architecture practices, including effective use of non functional requirements and architecture decision records
  • Proficiency in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, and Ontologies for solutions and interfaces
  • Ability to define and drive reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions
  • Strong capability to drive external technology trends and assess feasibility for the solution, including conducting vendor assessments
  • Solid collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire
  • Strong analytical, logical problem-resolution skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and successfully build consensus
  • Proactive mindset to identify opportunities to enhance value and business processes, improve existing solutions, and manage technical debt
