Solution Architect – Devices / Endpoint Migration

Solution Architect for Devices and Endpoint Migration responsible for the target-state endpoint architecture across a consolidated tenant, including the join of identity/device trust, Intune/Autopilot posture, and policy/app alignment. Define migration sequencing (identity readiness, device readiness, policy/app alignment, cutover, stabilization) and create factory-ready runbooks with quality gates for device migrations, tooling usage (PowerSyncPro or equivalent), telemetry, dashboards, and failure triage. Develop device-cohort segmentation for VIPs, executives, kiosks, shared devices, remote-only users, high-risk apps, and high-privilege users; lead architectural decisions for Autopilot strategy, provisioning, re-enrollment paths, and post-move support. Define security and compliance impact models (Conditional Access dependencies, device certificates, Defender integration, and privileged access constraints), establish an exception framework, and ensure audit-grade evidence capture (readiness, validation packs, known-issue logs, acceptance sign-offs). Demonstrate calm under pressure, strong stakeholder translation, and a collaboration-first mindset to drive standards adoption and repeatable outcomes across onshore/offshore teams and identity/security/app stakeholders.
