Job Summary
Design and deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions using AWS, Qualtrics, and enterprise experience platforms across banking, telecom, automotive, healthcare, and aviation sectors. Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, scoping, and client presentations while partnering with stakeholders to capture requirements and prioritize performance, security, and scalability. Architect end-to-end cloud-native solutions covering applications, integrations, data flow, and APIs, including serverless applications built with Node.js, Python, and React. Act as a trusted advisor to global clients on platform customization, data flow automation, and cloud-native transformation, driving best practices and enforcing design standards throughout the full project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in consulting or client-facing roles
- Qualtrics certification
- Hands-on expertise with Qualtrics CX/EX platforms (survey design, dashboards, workflows)
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, enterprise architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with AI / ML technologies
- Exposure to Qualtrics AI features
- Technical know-how: Node.js
- Technical know-how: Python
- Technical know-how: SQL
- Technical know-how: React
- Technical know-how: Angular
- Technical know-how: jQuery
- Technical know-how: HTML/CSS
- DevOps: Jenkins
