Job Summary
Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Accounting and Finance technical solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps; execute proof-of-concept activities; partner with product management and engineering; provide technical leadership and guardrails across multiple product teams; deliver architecture diagrams and future-state architectures; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable deployments; explore emerging issues and assess impact on the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering or technical leadership
- 5+ years of experience with SAP, including the modern technologies (e.g. S/4 HANA FI/CO, CPI, BTP, etc.)
- Experience with Accounting and Finance systems and tools
- Experience with Cloud platforms, APIs and integrations
- Demonstrated use of architecture principles and practices when making decisions and creating/designing solutions and associated work products
- Critical thinking skills, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to model and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal communication
- Experience influencing without authority, communicating up, down, and across a large organization
