Leading presales workshops and customer consultations to shape technical solutions; producing Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) documents; building and presenting solution designs for Datacom’s Managed Operations products and services, including enterprise backup, storage, infrastructure, and middleware; leading solutioning and pricing elements for bids and RFP responses across multi-service line opportunities; partnering with delivery and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of designed solutions; engaging with vendors to secure best pricing and partnerships; mentoring and supporting architects and engineers in their technical growth, while identifying new business opportunities and service improvements.
