Job Summary
Lead discovery sessions to define scope and craft action plans for proposal slides and statements of work. Align customer technology needs with tailored Salesforce solutions by building customized demos that eliminate technical objections. Respond effectively to Requests for Information and Proposals while achieving quarterly and annual objectives. Maintain deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud, with specialized knowledge in Nonprofit Success Pack and constituent, donation, and grant management integrations. Engage in continuous product and procedural training to sharpen client-facing storytelling skills for proposal presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Admin/Developer experience for at least 5-8 years
- Solution Architect/ Engineer experience for at least 3 years
- Strong knowledge of Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Experience leading requirements gathering and creating solutions for Constituent Management, Donation Management, Grant Management, Program Management, Case Management, Volunteer Management, and nonprofit-related integrations
- Knowledge of the applications of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Non-profit Cloud (NPC)
- Ability to hold interactive discussions to gain insights for projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong storytelling skills for proposal presentations and demos
- Experience creating effective proposals that address client requirements and solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in and some experience with Data Cloud and AI
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to work at EST timings as needed
- Hunger to grow and comfort working with both US and UK clients
