Job Summary
Solution Architect to translate business and user requirements into BizFlow M platform solutions, document and model requirements into POCs, user stories, and functional specifications, and deliver training content. Responsibilities include presenting written docs and demos to customers and executives, representing stakeholders throughout planning and release, collaborating with product/engineering, translating technical design decisions for non-technical stakeholders, and assisting in test planning to ensure delivery meets customer needs; identify new business opportunities and communicate findings to enable informed decisions. Preferred qualifications include SQL proficiency, experience demoing software to executives, SDLC knowledge, LCAP familiarity, and tools like Jira and Visio; location is Falls Church, VA with 3 days onsite and partial telework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- BA experience minimum 3+ years
- Experience with Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
